Before You Request a Refund

It can take a little time to adjust to your SnoreRelief 360 system. Before deciding it’s not for you, check the following:

• Give it time: Wearing a mouthpiece is new for most people. Minor discomfort is normal at first and fades with consistent use
• Check your bite: Look for deep, clear bite marks in the mold trays to confirm it’s fitted correctly. If the marks aren’t there or are too shallow, remold the mouthpiece and ensure you bite down firmly. Many refund requests come from customers whose mold trays didn’t capture a strong tooth impression. Your Relief mold trays should show clear, prominent tooth marks..
• Remolding instructions: If you need to redo your impression, please follow the molding instructions included with your purchase. If you no longer have them, email us at Support@SnoreRelief360.com and we’ll email you a copy.

You may request a refund within 90 days of delivery for:

• The SnoreRelief 360 System (includes the Relief Mouthpiece, Calm Inhaler, and Tranquility Drops).

Non-Refundable Products (all sales final):

• Hibernate Silence Sleep Earplugs
• 9-Months of Refills

About the Silence Earplugs

If results aren’t as expected, it’s often due to:

•Improper insertion
• Incorrect ear tip size

For the best fit, please review the fitting instructions included in the earplug packaging.

Subscription Refills

Once you’ve completed your 90-night trial and your first subscription refill has shipped, all sales are final for refills. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time.

Lifetime Warranty — Relief LockBase™

Your Relief LockBase™ is protected by a Lifetime Warranty when used under normal conditions.

If the LockBase ever cracks, breaks, or stops functioning as intended, we’ll replace it free of charge, including free shipping, once our team confirms the issue.

What’s covered:

• Structural failure of the LockBase under normal use
• Mechanical defects
• Breakage not caused by misuse

Not covered:

• Damage caused by pets
• Damage from exposure to excessive heat (dishwashers, hot cars, etc.)
• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by attempting to alter or modify the device
• Wear-and-tear on replaceable molding trays (these are not part of the lifetime warranty)

How to start a warranty claim:

Email Support@SnoreRelief360.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll provide mailing instructions for sending the LockBase to our inspection center.
If the claim is approved, we’ll ship your replacement at no cost.
